Refund

This page has info on the refund policy.

Refunding

You are required to provide proof that you have lost an item which was due to a bug / grief etc. Report the bug in tickets giving a step-by-step process on how to recreate this bug [Video if possible]. If we cannot recreate the bug we will deem it to be a false report [Unless a video is provided]. If you cannot provide proof that your item was lost due to a bug, do not ask for a refund!

Do not worry about items lost due to plugin uninstallations / changes. Those items will be refunded if you create a ticket within 14 days of the announcement!

Common item losses

  • AFK farming.

  • PvP logging.

  • Slimefun Dis/Enchanter [Custom enchants are incompatible!]

  • Explosive tools in your Slimefun base.

  • Storing Backpacks inside Shulkers / other Backpacks.

  • Trying to bug items inside Slimefun inventories.

  • Ignoring staff warnings about known issues and trying it anyways.

  • etc.

Tips to keep in mind

  • Make your farms in a safe place, protected by both players and mobs.

  • Do not AFK farm!

  • Do not turn on your PvP unless you really want to. If you do turn on your inventory do not PvP log.

  • Do not mess with Slimefun inventory items, those are known to be buggy.

  • Keep your explosive tools for your mines, not for your bases.
